The Australian Food and Drinks Bloggers Conference, Eat Drink Blog, is the major community event organised by and for the Australian food and drinks blogging community.
Each year, Eat Drink Blog is organised by a different volunteer committee of local bloggers from the host state.
The Eat Drink Blog 4 organising committee is now looking for a new team to organise Eat Drink Blog 5.
Eat Drink Blog 5 follows on from the four previous conferences:
As this is a national food blogging conference, each state has the opportunity to host Eat Drink Blog. All parties are encouraged to submit a proposal, but we are particularly interested in hearing from states that have not yet hosted the conference.

The organising committee is responsible for:
From experience, we recommend no fewer than three people on the organising committee to share the workload for organising Eat Drink Blog.
It is recommended that you discuss your interest in hosting Eat Drink Blog with fellow bloggers in your state to get an idea of who can be part of the organising committee and discuss what your vision is.
If you are interested in organising Eat Drink Blog 5 we would love to hear from you.
Simply email us at email@example.com with the following details:
If you have any questions or would like to discuss any aspect of Eat Drink Blog, please contact Ai-Ling Truong, Chair of Eat Drink Blog 4, at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a confidential discussion.

This weekend 80 food bloggers from nearly every state in Australia will descend on Perth for the Eat Drink Blog 4 conference.
A huge thanks to all our sponsors who have supported us to present a fantastic program and provide a taste of the food and drinks Perth has on offer.
Thanks also to all our amazing speakers and presenters who have given their time to share their knowledge and expertise with delegates.
Delegates: registration is 8:30am-9:0am on Saturday 9 November at the Perth City Farm, Exhibition Space (1 City Farm Place, East Perth 6004). http://perthcityfarm.org.au/map

It’s taken a long time to lock everything in but we can finally reveal the details of Eat Drink Blog Pop-Up Dinner on Saturday night 9 November, after the conference at the Perth City Farm courtyard from 7pm-10pm for delegates.
Thanks to the Citibank Dining Program, a great supporter of the food and wine industry, including many great foodie events around Australia, for coming on board as the Eat Drink Blog Pop-Up Dinner Venue Sponsor.
We are excited to present to delegates some of Perth’s best food stalls and food trucks.
Marcelita’s Empanadas is the culinary love child of Matt & Marcela O’Donohue Valencia, born from a love a great food and a desire to bring something new to the people of Perth. Matt is a blogger turned cook and Marcela is the love of his life.
Marcelita’s serves traditional Colombian Empanadas, they are little pillows of crunchy deliciousness which are gluten free and use high quality ingredients. Their empanadas are made fresh to order with a team of empanadistas hand rolling and shaping the masa (dough), filled with typical Colombian flavours of shredded beef, cumin, smoked paprika, and coriander, and new inventions like pork and lime. They bring a little love in each bite.
Thanks to all the bloggers who participated in Eat Drink Blog photography competition this year.
137 photo submissions were received!
This year we will be exhibiting the photos from the 12 finalists at the conference venue – the Exhibition Space at Perth City Farm during Eat Drink Blog 4 in Perth.
Thanks to Australian Pears for sponsoring the Eat Drink Blog 4 photography exhibition.
While the winner and runner up of Judge’s awards have been decided, the Community Award prize is still very much up for grabs.
We are delighted to have Littlesweet Baking sponsoring morning tea at Eat Drink Blog this year.
