EDB Conference 2014 Terms and Conditions

• Registration includes 2 days of conference sessions, conference materials, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch and EDB Dinner on .
• Registration does NOT include travel, transfers, accommodation or any other meals other than those listed.
• Cancellations must be made in writing or by e-mail to [email protected].
• Registrations are NOT transferable.
• The organisers do not assume any liability for changes in the program and have the right to change the program at any time without reference
• The Conference organisers will not accept liability for damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of monies or property incurred by registrants resulting from their attendance at the Conference or related events.
• EDB 2014 Conference cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. EDB 2014 strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance, which should cover the possibility of flight cancellation due to strikes and other causes. Therefore, EDB 2014 and its local co-organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
• Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend EDB 2014 Conference, and all related events including the Welcome Reception and the EDB dinner. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to EDB 2014 Conference Committee.
• EDB 2014 Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organisations and other companies from photographing or video or audio-taping some Conference activities. EDB 2014 Conference reserves the right to use images taken at the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

The views expressed by any Conference attendee, speaker, exhibitor or sponsor are not necessarily those of EDB 2014 Conference, or its Committee Members. All conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content.
